The Federal Government of Nigeria has placed travel restriction from countries considered to have and are still experiencing cases of the deadly Corona Virus (Covid-19).
The Secretary of the Government of the Federation Boss Mustapha made this disclosure on Wednesday 18th March 2020 during a press briefing.
“The restriction will come into effect from Saturday for four weeks, subject to review, “ he said.
This is coming on the wake of multiple incidence of the deadly Corona Virus in the affected countries leading to the death of thousands.
The countries affected are China, Iran, South Korea, Germany, Italy, United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Netherlands, Spain, France, and Japan.
The Government has also suspended the Visa-on-arrival policy.
