General young shall grow is the embodiment of the niger Delta struggle by Ijawei aka Ijaw Boy
I have read so many articles concerning who should be appointed as the next Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme. It is worrisome that, people who don’t know the etymology of the Niger Delta struggle have decided to equate the real pioneers of the movement for the emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) and people who have benefited as a result of the generosity of the leadership of MEND.
In the Niger Delta struggle, there is hierarchy of leadership. The main figures of the struggle are G.O.C Tompolo, High Chief (Dr) Selky Kile Torughedi (General Young Shall Grow), General Boyloaf, General Fara Dagogo and Ateke Tom. These are the leaders that inter phased with Late President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua and signed the Amnesty agreement with the Federal Government. Any other known General cannot be compare to the above listed generals of the struggle as they are under them.
There is no battle between the hierarchy of MEND to succeed Charles Dokubo, General Pastor Ruben is not part of the Leadership Hierarchy in the Niger Delta struggle for emancipation. Pastor Wilson is an opportunist and a beneficiary of the struggle who ordinarily is not among the Ex-fighters of MEND and should not be compared to the real MEND fighter mention above. He is one person that is unstable in the quest for power. An oil bunker who is desperate for power and has been decamping from one political party to another.
Let it be on record that General young Shall row is one individual that has sacrificed a lot for the betterment of the Niger people. He is an embodiment of the Intellectual and arm struggle of the movement for the emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND)
There is no clash of interests to succeed the suspended Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Prof. Charles Dokubo, the Presidency know the right thing to do if they want an everlasting existence of peace in the Niger Delta Region. General Young Shall Grow has been tested and is a trust worthy peace builder in the Niger Delta and in the Nigerian State.
King of the youth from south to north, General Young Shall Grow has grown through the ranks and files of the struggle as a leader of the South Wing of MEND of the struggle. He is mostly needed to implement the white paper agreement of the presidential amnesty programme.
General Young Shall Grow is a field martial and a veteran of the struggle to better the life of the Niger Delta people. No wonder he was given the award of the Order and Grand Commander of the Nigerian Youths.
He has worked in different capacities to safeguard the Niger Delta waterways and its environment while working with security agencies.
General Young Shall Grow is a square peck in the right hole. He doesn’t fight constituted leadership and doesn’t believe in blackmail and propaganda to survive. The best thing that can happen to President Buhari’s Government is to appoint General Young Shall Grow as the Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Program to over see the affairs of the real EX-MEND fighters in the Niger Delta region.
When the chips were down how many self-acclaim generals rose up to protect the interest of their people? Today every body wants to become a leader while undermining the leadership of the EX-Agitators Forum. When Prof Charlse Dokubo was going about his misconducts in the amnesty office some of the self acclaim generals like Pastor Reuben and Co allegedly collected bribes and issued insulting statements against even the father of the struggle G.O.C but today he wants to be a Coordinator of PAP.
This is not a bunkering generals business. Denis Otuaro is a fighter and among the member of a fighter of the struggle and a loyalist of his boss G.O.C Tompolo and not in the same class to compare with Pastor Reuben who was a mere bunker. Those who are writing for Pastor Reuben should take this as a warning that nobody is campaigning for southern Ijaw Chairmanship with Pastor Reuben this is beyond jumping from PDP to APC for SILGA Chairmanship.
If Denis Otuaro is a PDP member? When did Pastor Reuben join the APC race after he was denied of his chairmanship ambition after the presidential election? The PAP office is not a political struggle or election campaign and blackmailing of people. Boyloaf and General Young Shall Grow are not in the same class with Pastor Reuben, don’t mention their names in those low publications, it was by the grace of Boyloaf that Pastor Ruben is enjoying the benefits of the struggle today? Pastor Reuben is an opportunist of the struggle who is desperate for the quest of power to the detriment of his people.
The gods are wise to have chosen General Young Shall Grow to lead his people as the National Chairman of the Niger Delta Agitators Leadership Forum and Coordinator of the Waterways Security in the Niger Delta Maritime Environment.
