As the conversation around Child Birth Spacing continues, concerns over the safety of the methods have remained front burners. Government, NGOs and Civil Society have continued to make efforts to sensitize the public as to the need and safety of Child Birth Spacing.
TCI representative, Dr Philemon Yohanna and Mrs Winifred Kwaknat took time to educate participants at the Plateau State Interfaith Forum Round Table which held at DIMPLES HOTEL in Jos on the safety and effectiveness of the methods of child birth spacing.
Mrs Winifred while responding to participants who raised concerns whether there were risks associated with the methods of child birth spacing. She stressed that their are no life threatening problems with any of the methods of child spacing.
Dr Philemon, while corroborating that position to participants stressed that there is no harmful child spacing techniques. On the issue of sharing infographics He also informed participants that it is advised that the patient’s consent must be obtained before pictorial details of child birth spacing implant sessions are taken before
