Reports from Plateau State has it that unknown gunmen have abducted two (2) students of the Calvary International Ministry, Popularly known as CAPRO in Barkin Ladi Local government area, North Central Nigeria.
The School which is situated few kilometers from the Yakubu Gowan International Airport Heipang, was attacked early on Thursday morning by the armed men .
According to an eye witness from the school who who pleaded anonymity said the attackers stormed the school early hours of the morning in an attempt to kidnap dozens of students who were already sleeping, but some of the students noticed strange moves and quickly alerted the security agencies who responded swiftly forcing the attackers to flee with two (2) students.
He however added, that one out of the abducted students escaped during an exchange of gunfire between the security personnel and the abductors.

Although the school management is yet to issue an official statement, efforts to reach the State Police Command through it’s Spokesperson ASP Gabriel Ubah was abortive as he was not respinding his calls .
