Ambassador John Pofi describes Late Hon Dan Dul as a true democrat, a bridge builder & grassroot mobilizer

The National Coordinator, Prayer Force Network Ambassador John Pofi has described Late Hon Dan Dul as a true Democrat, a bridge builder and a grassroot mobilizer. In a statement issued on Friday 17th September 2021, Ambassador expressed shock over the news of the demise of the Langtang Politician. Ambassador Pofi point out that he found it very difficult and heart breaking to write the condolence message using past tense to address Hon Dan Dul whom he described as his dear long time friend who had suddenly gone the way of all mortals.

According to him, Hon. Dan Dul, the Barayan Lantang lived a life building bridges of peace, meeting the needs of people at the grass roots, one of the reasons that endeared him in the hearts of the people of Lantang North who wholeheartedly gave him their mandate to serve them as Executive Chairman despite the fact that he was in the opposition, stressing that Hon “Dan” as he was popularly called has paid his dues, contributed his quota in terms of grass roots development and he has left the stage at a time the state and the nation need his contribution most. Describing his death as terrible and sad especially at a time like this, but as a clergy, Ambassador Pofi noted his absolute believe in the inevitability of death and the death of a believer is heaven’s gain.

On behalf of his family, the National Prayer Force Network, the John Pofi Foundation, and the John Pofi Movement, Ambassador Pofi encouraged the entire Dul family to accept what befell their family as an act of God, urging them to have the believe that God will never forsake nor forget them.

Ambassador Pofi prayed God to grant Late Dan Dul eternal rest.
