The Philanthropist cited intense pressure from Family and Friends and respect for the wishes of the party in its attempt to prune down the number of candidates for a consensus as the decider for him to sacrifice his ambition to serve the good people of Plateau Central Senatorial Zone.
Lt Col Fwanje used the opportunity to wish other contestants well as they forge into the primaries to churn out a candidate that will be acceptable by all at the general elections.
He called on the leadership of the APC to ensure that all hands are on deck to ensure victory at the polls.
