Hon Dr Timothy Golu meets PDP LG EXCO & Delegates in Quanpan, Promises Infrastructural Development

Leading contender for the Gubernatorial ticket of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Hon Dr Timothy Golu has restates his commitment to ensure a better Plateau State through infrastructural development. This he disclosed when he visited Local Government EXCo and delegates of Quanpan LGA on Saturday 14th May 2022.

Dr Golu was accompanied by his lovely wife Mrs Chalya Golu, members of his campaign team and teeming supporters.

Dr Golu told delegates that if he was able to attack road projects worth billions of naira to his constituency as a Legislator, it should that he will do even more when he is voted in as the Governor of Plateau State come 2023.

Dr Golu decried the insecurity in the state which has deteriorated greatly under the current administration led by Gov Simon Bako Lalong. According to him such level of insecurity has impoverished Plateau people, adding that agricultural activities ins the are at an all time low as a result.

He promised to ensure that roads leading to more rural areas are rehabilitated and new ones constructed to make it easy for farmers to transport their produce to the market if voted as Governor of Plateau State.

Speaking on her own part, the wife of Dr Timothy Golu, Mrs Chalya Golu assured women that they will be carried along when Dr Timothy Golu becomes Governor,urging delegates to vote Dr Timothy Golu in the Gubernatorial primaries coming up in days time.

Dr Timothy Golu then donated the some of six hundred thousand naira (N600,000) to the Party EXCO and delegates of Quanpan LGA. Alhaji Lawal Iliya Deputy Chairman, PDP Quanpan LGA, who received him on behalf of the Chairman and Exco appreciated Dr Timothy Golu for coming and wished him well in his aspiration.
