The Mwaghavul Development Association (MDA) North America Branch has congratulated His Royal Highness Da John Putmang Hirse over his emergence as the Paramount Ruler of the Mwaghavul Nation world wide. In a statement signed by the Vice President Zillang Yau and made available to this medium, the association also congratulated the entire Mwaghavul Nation over his successful emergence.
