The Directorate of Media & Publicity of the Campaign Council of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has been formally inaugurated. The short event took place at the Conference Hall of the PDP Campaign Council at the Atiku/Mutfwang Campaign Office, Secretariat Junction, Jos.
Head of the Directorate, Hon Yiljab Abraham who chaired the meeting urged members of the various committees of the Directorate to be circumspect and be innovative in projecting that Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and all her candidates to ensure the victory of the 2023 General Elections.
He charged members of the Directorate to be decent during and after the elections, while enduring that factual and truthful publicity is made devoid of falsity and dangerous propaganda. He stressed that the publicity of the campaigns should be on the credibility and capacity of the candidates. He stressed that campaigns of calumny, insults, bigotry and derogatory should be avoided at all times, adding that the character of Barrister Caleb Mutfwang represents the Unity of Plateau State hence, divisive tendencies should be dropped immediately.
Hon Yiljab Abraham is the Director of the Media & Publicity Directorate, he is deputized by Hon James Manok, Hon Sunday Bulus Rogo is the Secretary of the Directorate, while Hon JT Akans and Davou Mang is part of the leadership.
