The Gubernatorial Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Barrister Caleb Mutfwang has hailed the leadership of the Regional Church Council of the Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN RCC) Du for identifying sporting activities as a rallying point and an avenue for developing young people.
Barrister Caleb Mutfwang who was represented by the Director General of the Atiku/Mutfwang Youth Campaign Council, Mr Joshua Hitler Pwajok stressed the importance of channeling the energies of youths into productive activities, adding that when elected, he will provide the enabling environment for such youth developmental initiatives.
He announced a handsome donation to support the teams that emerged top 3 in the football and volley ball competitions, adding that they were all winners regardless of which team came first, second or third. The participating teams were drawn from local churches within the RCC. Mr Joshua Hitler Pwajok took part in the presentation of medals to the teams and trophies during a brief occasion shortly after the finals of the concluding matches.
