Breaking: Court Dismisses suit filed by Yahana Margif, declares Dakum LP Gubernatorial Candidate

The Jos Division of the Federal High Court Has dismissed the suit filed by Amb. Yohana Margif seeking the court to declare him as legitimate candidatede of the Labour party.

The court thereafter declared Dr. Patrick Dakum as the legitimate Labour Party (LP) Gubernatorial candidate in Plateau State for the 2023 General Elections

Hon Justice Ageshi affirmed that Hon Margrif withdrew his candidature by virtue of the documents tendered by Dr. Dakum
