The Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and former Vice President, His Excellency Alhaji Atiku Abubakar (GCON) has promised to rehabilitate the roads linking Plateau State with neighboring states, road which according to him the APC could not fix in their nearly eight (8) years in office. He made this disclosure on Tuesday 13th December, 2022, at the Rwang Pam Township Stadium, Jos, Venue of the Presidential Campaign Rally of the PDP for Plateau State.
Atiku Abubakar, in company of his running mate His Excellency Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa, the National Chairman of the PDP Sen Iyorcha Ayu and other member of his entourage.
Atiku stated that the visit was more of a home coming for him, haven been a resident of Jos the past twenty-eight (28) years. He promised to restore peace and economic fortunes of Plateau State when he is elected President of Nigeria come 2023. He promised to give Plateau the desired attention when he becomes President.
