Breaking: Tribunal Sacks Adeleke as Osun State Governor, Declares former Gov Oyetola winner

The Osun State Governorship election petitions tribunal has nullified the election of Ademola Adeleke as Governor of the state. In its ruling on Friday, the tribunal declared Gboyega Oyetola the validly elected governor of the state.

In a split decision of two to one, the tribunal led by Justice Tetsea Kume held that Former Gboyega Oyetola of the APC scored the highest number of lawful votes of 314,931 against PDP’s Ademola Adeleke who scored 290,266.
