The the private sector in Plateau State, especially the creative industry has been encouraged to have big innovative conversations with government using the very words of government policies in order to achieve better results. This is to ensure that there is a sustainable path to ensure that the results of such innovative conversations linger and the successes are replicated.
This was disclosed by the Director General of the Plateau Information and Communication Technology Development Agency (PICTDA), Mr David Daser who was a guest at an event organized by Pambah Promotions with the theme ‘The Gains of Private Sector Driven Dialogue in Influencing Legislative Decision towards Promoting Commercial and Creative Engagements’.



The event which held at the Bishops Court, Jenta, Jos on Thursday 16th February 2023 was solely sponsored by the Member Representing Jos North-North State Constituency in the Plateau State House of Assembly, Hon Ibrahim Baba Hassan. The event had in attendance participants from various areas of the Private Sector ranging from Media and Communications, Creative Industry, Artisans, Agriculture, Sports, Tech etc.
There was a brief breakout session for participants into clusters of different areas of the Private Sector listed above in order to discuss challenges and then make presentations thereafter.

In her opening remark, the CEO, Pambah Promotions, Mallo Palang Faith while welcoming participants explained that “A Discuss” is an Initiative of Pambah Promotions that brings together portfolio employees, creatives, commuters, independent contractors, and digital entrepreneurs from a variety of private sector fields to discuss issues that concern the populace and devise strategies for getting their voices heard to influence government policies which can evolve into practical solutions.
According to her, the core of this discussion is the fact that the private sector can only thrive in a supportive public environment that encourages her entrepreneurs and corporate organizations.
