The Governor-Elect of Plateau State, His Excellency Barrister Caleb Mutfwang has announced the first set of appointments into his administration ahead of his official assumption of office as Governor on May 29th 2023.
In a statement issued on Tuesday 25th April 2023 by the Director, Media and Publicity of the Atiku-Mutfwang Campaign Council, Mr Yiljap Abraham, the Governor-Elect has appointed the following;
1. *Senior Special Assistant (Special Duties):*
Mr. Moses Nwan, mni.
He is a retired Permanent Secretary with the Plateau State Government, a Community leader and a former local government administrator.
2. *Special Assistant (Media):* Mr Gyang Bere.
He is the Correspondent of the Sun Newspaper in charge of Plateau State and current Chairman, Correspondents Chapel of the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), Plateau State Chapter.
The appointments take immediate effect, the statement concludes.
