The Executive Director of the NotToYoungToLead Initiative, Amb Elvis Akpobi has charged the incoming 10th National Assembly to put in their best to orchestrate legislations and laws that will make Nigeria conducive for Nigerian Youths to thrive and maximize their potentials.
This according to Amb Elvis will help make Nigeria attractive to Nigerians and indeed Nigerian Youths in order to curb and contain the mass migration of Nigerians as experienced within the last 8 years, especially of Nigerian Youths.

In a statement issued by Amb Elvis Akpobi in Asaba the Delta State capital, hours after the valedictory session of the Senate, he charged the incoming National Assembly to prioritize Nigerian Youths in their agenda in order to ensure that they remain in the country to help develop critical sectors of the economy rather than emigrate to Europe and America as has been the common trend.
He stressed that Nigerian Youths are hardworking, innovative and resilient, adding that once the economic and service environment is made conducive enough to reward their hardwork, they will bring out their best to fuel the diversification drive in Nigeria to support the much needed economic growth and development the country is in desperate need of.
The 10th National Assembly is expected to be inaugurated on Tuesday, 13 June, 2023, at the National Assembly Complex, Abuja.
Amb Elvis Akpobi has been advocating for youths to be involved in governance and decision making because they have the qualities to present durable inputs in governance.
NotToYoungToLead Initiative is active in five countries in Africa which include Rwanda, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Morocco and Nigeria.
