Africa Tourism Photography and Film Festival set to host Jos Photo Walk on Thursday 6th July 2023

The Africa Tourism Photography and Film Festival is inviting creatives, drone pilots, writers, photographers, bloggers, tech, cinematographers, tourists enthusiasts, graphic designers, social media influencers, and artists to JOS PHOTO WALK.

This information was disclosed during a Press Conference which held at Swiss Executive Luxury Hotel, Rayfield, Jos on Wednesday 5th July 2023.

Speaking to Journalists about the event, Founder of the The Africa Tourism Photography and Film Festival, Mr Mark Simon Auta said that the event is expected to feature three tourism sights. These include Shere Hills, 10 Commandments and Rayfield Resort.


According to Mr Auta, the event is expected to showcase the vast and untapped tourism potentials of Plateau State and provide opportunities for creatives within and outside the state to showcase their talents, while also calling the attention of the world to the beautiful endowments and serenity of the Plateau Tourism potentials. He added that the event will also promote the Value Chain within the Tourism subsector.



While responding to questions from Journalists, Mr Auta disclosed that the meeting point for those interested is Odus, Jos, on Thursday 6th July 2023 by 7am. He assured prospective participants that their security has been guaranteed by the Plateau State Command of the Nigerian Police Force, stressing that the event will not just be one-off but subsequent editions will be held in the State.

He therefore called on all interested creatives, drone pilots, writers, photographers, bloggers, tech, cinematographers, tourists enthusiasts, graphic designers, social media influencers, and artists to turn out in their numbers for the event, adding that the event is free of charge.
